Enzo Design Build, named after the Greek word “Home Ruler,” is a leading Design + Build firm located in the Greater Vancouver Area. Our one-stop shop offers General Contracting, Interior Design, Staging, and Construction Management services. Meysam Pourkaram, our Founder and Project Manager, leads both the business and the physical execution of the design vision, while Sahar Abrishami, Co-Founder and Head of Interior Design, leads the business and creative vision of the company.

The Design-Build concept allows us to design your remodel with value engineering in mind; this means we will recommend the most efficient layouts and designs to leverage your existing architecture. Design, quality, cost, and time are all determined simultaneously. This ensures that your budget is kept at a minimum, time to completion is reduced, and you will have the peace of mind of knowing that your kitchen remodel is done to your exact specifications.
The project manager will be your main point of contact. He/She will lead the process and coordinate trades, milestones, and procurement while managing your renovation budget and time.
Every project is different, the timeline and schedule can vary depending on project size, budget and scope. Also, we have in mind the client’s goals and availability to set the right time.
